TEST new registration

Our registration fields capabilities are disappointing. They are very limited.

For example: I can’t make a new question pop up if there is a certain answer given to a previous question (see sectors). So the next question is required for everyone even if  their field is on the list. Or, I can’t insert a pop-up for a certain answer. Example from Rob’s suggestion: If they are a worker rep, then tell them that we will get in contact about their workplace. Basically all this options only available in forms right now. CONDITIONAL LOGIC IMPOSSIBLE WITH CURRENT EVENT SYSTEM AND CAN’T BE UPDATED.

Or, even though there is a field for description for every question and it’s supposed to show, it doesn’t so it’s hard to provide more details or guidelines or properly spell out the disclaimer, for example. FIXED.

Do we want a disclaimer to collect data? I don’t think we are required but it’s a good idea to spell it out for people as privacy is always a concern. According to the Guidelines for obtaining meaningful consent (nice resource btw):

Organizations must generally obtain express consent when:
The information being collected, used or disclosed is sensitive;
The collection, use or disclosure is outside of the reasonable expectations of the individual; and/or,
The collection, use or disclosure creates a meaningful residual risk of significant harm.
