DESCRIPTION:LEVEL 4  Return to Work September 16-20\, 2024 (In-Person) \nWhere: Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre\n700 Hespeler Road\nCambridge\, ON N3H 5L8 \nThis course is designed for those who will or currently assist injured workers individually or\ncollectively through a therapeutic return to work (RTW) and provides workplace parties with the\ntools necessary to develop strategies that ensure successful outcomes. Through the exploration\nof leading research\, law and evidence-based best practices\, participants will learn the principles\nof good return to work practices and the Duty to Accommodate. Legal lessons from precedent\nsetting cases are reviewed and participants put these legal concepts into practical use preparing\nand participating in return-to-work meetings and scenarios. \nBarriers to successful return to work are addressed with a focus on attitudinal barriers and their\nelimination using the social model of disability and therapeutic return-to-work principles. \nPrerequisites required for this course: Level 1 & Level 2 \nRegistration Deadline: September 1\, 2024. There will be no exceptions to this deadline. The deadline has been established to allow Prevention Link to properly prepare for this course. \nRegister two or more participants for $100 off!\nCost: $995.00 (HST incl.)\nWhen booking accommodation with Cambridge Hotel & Conference Centre\, please note Prevention Link for the discounted rate. \n  \n \n  \nPREVENTION LINK BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: \nCourse numbers are limited to ensure a quality learning experience for all participants. Places are allocated in order of receipt of registration form. Written cancellation received 10 working days prior to the first day of training are subject to a 25% administration charge. Cancellations received thereafter are refunded at 50% of the registration fee. \nPrevention Link may cancel any training session at any time and a full refund will be issued. Every effort will be made to ensure that registrants of a cancelled course are placed in the next available course. Prevention Link is not responsible for wages\, non-refundable travel\, meal or accommodation costs.
