DESCRIPTION:Principles of Accommodation Law Virtual Training\, May 21\, 2025\, One-Day Model \nThis course has been recently updated. \nWith a focus on the protected ground of disability and the social area of employment\, this workshop will advance a participant’s understanding of human rights legislation. We will explore definitions of discrimination\, outline the requirements for requesting and responding to accommodation needs\, and examine what constitutes “undue hardship.” \nLearn from the comfort of your own home with the support of the Prevention Link Team! \nTwo virtual mandatory meetings:\nMay 21 » 9 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.\nMay 21 » 4 p.m. – 5 p.m. \nDEADLINE TO REGISTER:  May 7\, 2025. There will be no exceptions to this deadline. The deadline has been established to allow Prevention Link to properly prepare for this course.\nCost: $129.00. Register before April 18 to get a $20.00 discount! \n \n  \n  \nPREVENTION LINK BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: \nCourse numbers are limited to ensure a quality learning experience for all participants. Places are allocated in order of receipt of registration form. Written cancellation received 10 working days prior to the first day of training are subject to a 25% administration charge. Cancellations received thereafter are refunded at 50% of the registration fee. \nPrevention Link may cancel any training session at any time and a full refund will be issued. Every effort will be made to ensure that registrants of a cancelled course are placed in the next available course.
