DESCRIPTION:Mental Health Fist Aid – Certification \nPrevention Link is pleased to offer MHFA courses developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada. \nMental Health First Aid Certification provides participants with a robust program leading to a nationally recognized Mental Health First Aid certification valid for three years. Through the course\, participants increase mental health awareness\, build confidence to provide support\, reduce stigma\, and enhance their own mental well-being. \nCourse Duration – 2 days (Please note that attendance is required for both days.)\nTimes: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.\nLocation: Workers Health & Safety Centre\n841 Wellington Rd.\, Unit B2\nLondon\, ON N6E 3R5 \nCost: $203.40 ($180 plus HST)\nDeadline to register: February 18\, 2026. EXTENDED: February 24\, 2026\nCost includes course materials\, certificates\, and lunch.\nSpaces are limited. \n  \n\n \nPREVENTION LINK BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: \nCourse numbers are limited to ensure a quality learning experience for all participants. Places are allocated in order of receipt of registration form. Written cancellation received 10 working days prior to the first day of training are subject to a 25% administration charge. Cancellations received thereafter are refunded at 50% of the registration fee. \nPrevention Link may cancel any training session at any time and a full refund will be issued. Every effort will be made to ensure that registrants of a cancelled course are placed in the next available course. Prevention Link is not responsible for wages\, non-refundable travel\, meal or accommodation costs. Should a participant be unable to attend the next available course\, an alternate participant is welcomed at no additional charge. \nPREVENTION LINK PRIVACY POLICY: \nPrevention Link is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of information provided to us as regulated by Privacy Legislation. Information provided is used to process registration and to keep our records current so that you can be informed of course cancellations\, current and future workplace insurance and disability prevention training opportunities and other prospective events that may be of interest to you. \nInformation provided by you may be disclosed to a relevant third party as a part of a grant agreement audit requirement. Information may also be disclosed to our affiliate organizations as an update report on their member training.
