This engaging session explores the protected grounds in employment\, how discrimination and harassment can occur\, and the role everyone plays. Through practical examples and discussion\, participants will gain the knowledge and confidence to recognize human rights issues and help foster a workplace built on dignity and fairness. \n \nWho is this course for: All workers are welcome! Workplace leadership encouraged! No pre-requisites required. \n\nThis year we are thrilled to be bringing back the highly sought after Canadian Labour Congress Ontario Summer School and Women’s School! Labour Education builds solidarity and knowledge\, and it creates meaningful bonds that last a lifetime. In these exciting weeks of learning\, union members will gain valuable skills in order to continue the fight in today’s workplaces\, giving adults of all backgrounds the opportunity to learn how to defend their rights using proven methods.
