STANDBY FOR FUTURE DATES FOR LEVEL 3. \n  \nAn interactive and analytical module\, Prevention Link has developed a holistic and intuitive course meant to build participants into mock hearing settings. Participants will gain skills on representing workers at oral hearings before the Workplace Safety Insurance Board as well as the Workplace Safety Insurance and Appeals Tribunal. \nWe will examine: \n\nreview of the file;\ngathering additional evidence;\nresearching law;\npolicy and precedent;\npreparation of witnesses; and\nquestioning\, cross-questioning and re-direct at a hearing\n\nPrerequisites required for this module: Level 1 & Level 2 \n  \nSee below for tickets!
