ODRT’s Disability Prevention Services
The primary goal of the Occupational Disability Response Team’s (ODRT) Disability Prevention Services – is to promote new evidence-based return to work principles and strategies designed to produce Work Reintegration (Return to Work) outcomes that are effective, sustainable and provide therapeutic value to employees with disabilities.
In utilizing Disability Prevention principles we facilitate a strategic fit with workplace Work Reintegration / Return to Work best practices and all applicable legislation including human rights, health & safety, accessibility and worker’s compensation legislation. Our services help eliminate unnecessary costs to the workplace parties and prevent undue hardship to both workers and employers. They promote an improved culture of safety and return to work outcomes for the entire workforce.
