This 1 day seminar examines writing formats for preparing a written submisison. Participants discuss hearing options for appeals and the specific criteria considered when determining whether or not a written submission is appropriate. Important points of a written submission are discussed as they relate to the WSIAT Practice Direction for written submissions.
